The Rise of NicoB's Empire of Picky Peguins

I was planning to do a NicoB fan art for a long time now. Since I have nothing else to do, I decided to make one.
I got lazy to create the rest of Nico's army of penguins (at the bottom) so... yeah
Speaking of Nico: I literally have a friend who's name is Nico (expect with a "K" but close enough) and his last name starts with "B". And he kinds looks like Nico expect a bit more chubbier 
Seriously, what are the odds of having someone you know looking like your favorite YouTuber? xD
